{"id":476,"date":"2023-01-11T18:42:49","date_gmt":"2023-01-11T17:42:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lawebdehumada.es\/?p=476"},"modified":"2025-11-10T10:14:17","modified_gmt":"2025-11-10T09:14:17","slug":"documentos-compraventa-fincas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lawebdehumada.es\/?p=476","title":{"rendered":"DOCUMENTOS COMPRAVENTA FINCAS"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>DOCUMENTOS COMPRAVENTA FINCAS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Antiguamente los tratos orales de compraventa de animales, productos del campo, etc. terminaban con un \u201ctrato hecho\u201d y un apret\u00f3n de manos lo se respetaba como palabra de ley.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el caso de las fincas r\u00fasticas o urbanas bastaba con un documento escrito donde el vendedor expresa su voluntad de enajenar al comprador uno o varios de sus fundos o predios, indicando sus linderos. Dicho documento finaliza con la firma de ambos y las de varios testigos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Otras veces estas transacciones se llevaban a cabo ante notario lo que les otorgaba validez oficial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3n se recogen unos escritos de compraventa de fincas r\u00fasticas u otros inmuebles.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter
